The plantains and banana fields are harvested twice a year. We also grow eggplant, okra, cucumber, pumpkins, star fruit, passion fruit, oranges, grapefruit, pigeon peas, and cassava. Tropical flowers and herbs are also produced from seeds in our nursery (green house). Several ponds enhance the landscape and some are surrounded by lawns and plantations.
